About Emma
Offering neurodiversity-affirming counselling and psychotherapy for teens (12+) and young adults.
Hi, I'm Emma (she/her)!

I'm a social worker supporting folks in Williamstown, VIC and online Australia-wide that are looking to improve their performance, focus, confidence, intense emotional reactions, and racing thoughts.

Whether you're an athlete wanting to improve your mental game or you're a young person struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, sleep challenges, or ADHD, together, we can take steps to:
✔ Build confidence
✔ Balance performance goals with mental well-being
✔ Improve relationships
✔ Reduce harmful behaviours
✔ Spend less time consumed by your thoughts
✔ Feel seen, heard, and accepted without needing
to mask or explain
✔Build sustainable routines that work with
your neurodivergent mind

As a neurodivergent person who was once seeking calm in my own storm, I understand the need for co-creating goals while normalizing and validating the neurodivergent experience.
Working With Me
Having a deep understanding of young people and their experiences allows me to connect and understand their challenges. Supporting the person for who they are and embracing their strengths is integral to the process.
I blend professionalism, relatability, fun, and laughter to make therapy a less intimidating space. All while, considering sensory needs and supporting to build tangible strategies and skills that work for you!
Collaboration Not Prescription
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s about working together to support your unique needs without rushing.

Using a collaborative approach, I work with you to explore challenges together. I use art, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to teach you tangible skills that work for your neurodivergent brain.
Outside of Work

When I’m not in session, you can find me on Instagram, deeply discussing the latest reality TV drama (therapist by day, pop culture analyst by night), weightlifting, or spending time at the beach.
